Stephanie Anderson, MSN-HCSM, RN is the Assistant Vice President of Emergency Services for Ochsner Health. Stephanie leads innovation, standardization, quality, and workflow optimization efforts for the emergency departments across the system. She provides guidance and leadership for the emergency department nursing leadership teams and executive leaders at our employed, managed, and partner facilities. Stephanie has been with Ochsner for 17 years, holding various roles—ED Tech, ED Bedside Nurse, ED Supervisor, Outpatient Clinic Manager, ED Director, and Director of Operations-Patient Flow. Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Our Lady of Holy Cross and her Master of Science in Nursing: Health Care Systems Management Program from Loyola University.
